I help empower you to learn the deep-dive skills of getting clear within yourself and reducing the head-noise so that you can begin to trust yourself to navigate your choices - even when you can’t see any yet. We will dialog with your inner critics, and work on (fun!) visioning exercises to activate your intuition.

We will get you on your way to feeling more relief and forward momentum from the frustration of feeling stuck. You will feel clearer, lighter and with more motivation when you have the steps and skills to get there week by week.

WEEK BY WEEK:

  • Learn Cognitive reframing skills

  • Work on Executive Functioning Skills (planning, organizing, getting stuff done!)

  • Examine your Procrastination Pattern in more detail learn to USE it instead of drag you down.

  • Feel seen and heard for who you are and who you are becoming.

  • Learn WHY your inner critics are there and WHAT they really want for you.

  • Feel relief from the blur, despair, frustration and hopelessness that can accompany harsh inner critics, voices and feeling STUCK.

  • Feel more confident as you begin to make progress with your goals and make incremental changes.

  • Learn tools you can take with you for life so that you know how to navigate tricky, unclear situations and tough decisions by trusting your intuition backed up by your skills and learning.

  • Learn to observe and dismantle negative self-statements that are distorted versions of the truth BEFORE they take over your emotions.

  • One 45 minute session per week for one month by video call and unlimited email support between sessions.

  • This program includes dynamic, specialized body-mind coaching with Coach Steph. I’m specialized in working with adults & young adults with ADHD. I teach and coach using cognitive reframing and executive functioning skills.

  • Dynamic Inner Critic Dialoging work to understand and integrate what is really underneath the voices that are confusing you and keeping you stuck, confused and frustrated.

  • Weekly accountability so you keep moving!
