Hi, I’m Steph.

I know how painful, confusing and frustrating limerence can be, especially when you feel like no one quite understands what you’re going through. I’ve been there and can show you the path and tools I learned along the way to help you through and out of limerence.

I’m one of the few certified coaches worldwide with experience and expertise in the area of healing Limerence. I help people just like you who are suffering (probably in silence) move from pain and confusion to using limerence as a constructive experience and a meaningful time for personal growth and change.

Healing from Limerence is my 8 week (4 month) private coaching program to help you move on from a painful limerence experience.

We’ll work together through every step. I’ll show you what you need to do and when to do it… to help quiet the intrusive thoughts, ease the pain and confusion, and rebuild your confidence and self esteem. We will replace all of the confusion, overwhelm, and energy drain with calm and ease so that you regain confidence and personal power. In just a few months, you’ll be on your way to a new chapter full of hope and new possibilities.

What’s Included

  • One-to-One coaching with a certified coach who understands limerence from lived experience (me!)

  • Learn about your attachment style and how it factors into your limerence experience or feeling "stuck" 

  • Coaching tools and somatic (mind-body) exercises to support the grieving process, moving towards inner closure and integrating the love/loss that accompanies limerence

  • How to manage and shift the feelings of craving outside validation from your LO and regain your power and self confidence

  • Identifying important needs: Investigate what important needs were being met in the limerence relationship or with previous LOs that felt so fulfilling and what to do now

  • Learn how to channel the passion and intense love energy into creative energy or other parts of your life

  • Regain confidence and self-esteem as you reconnect with your personal power

  • Mindfulness exercises and tools that help to bring awareness into the present moment. This will help you:

    • Get out of the repetitive thoughts and feel more grounded 

    • Be able to identify emotions via body sensations

    • Learn to "sit with" emotions and care for the grieving and/or obsessing part of you in a way that feels safe and not overwhelming

    • Expand your outlook
